RGM
Connecting missionaries to the world

RGM’s Vision is to BRIDGE the GAP between New

Testament Missions and LOCAL New Testament

Assemblies based in Southern Africa

WHO WE ARE

A non-profit Christian organisation based in South Africa who aims to aid commended missionaries in Southern Africa.

The advance of the gospel is central to the progress of the work of God in the world, and every believer should be committed to this task. We all have a part to play as members of Christ’s body and over the years many agencies have been established to help in this task, with well-defined purposes and roles. The role of Rand Gospel Mission has grown over the years of its existence, but the purpose remains unchanged.

ABOUT US
Since 1899

Rand Gospel Mission (RGM) was started in 1899 when a group of believers from a few local New Testament Assemblies decided to get together to help; encourage and educate men who were involved in local assembly work on a full time basis. Much has changed since those days, however, our purpose remains the same.

Our main values are :

  • To be Bible-based and dependent on God.
  • To recognise the centrality of the local church in missions.
  • To value the role of Christians.
  • To encourage mission awareness.
  • To pursue excellence in our stewardship of people and finance.

Urgent Prayer matters

1.       Please join us in praying for sister Charlotte Elliot, who has faithfully served with the Evangelical Mission Press in Bellville, Cape Town for well over 60 years now. She had a terrible fall yesterday and broke her femur and is in Karl Bremer hospital currently. Our dear sister Elliot turned 90 recently.

2.       It is with regret that we have to inform you that sister Tanuja David from Verulam, KZN (who we requested prayer for yesterday) went to be in glory with her Lord this morning. Thank you to all who responded in prayer, please continue to pray for the family.
